We at Repipe 1 are proud to have recently completed a two-story, three-bathroom repipe project in Redondo Beach, California. The customer had contacted us after experiencing problems with their pipes, including damage from roots, constant leaks, mineral buildup and discolored water. Our team provided the customer with a full range of services, from the installation of Pex A pipe and fixtures to patching, texture and inspections.
The Customer’s Needs
Our customer was looking for an experienced repiping company that could handle the job quickly and efficiently. The Problem & The Solution
The main problem that our customer was facing was their aging pipes that were causing water pressure and flow issues. We suggested they get a Pex repipe to resolve these issues, as Pex is a durable material that can last for years without having to worry about maintenance or replacement. With Pex there are no worries about corrosion or mineral buildup because it is made from polyethylene plastic. In addition to this material being more cost effective than copper pipes it’s also much easier to install than traditional piping systems.
The Installation Process
Our team got to work on the project right away and we were able to get it done within only three days! We provided and installed 1” regulator with ball valve and repiped 13 fixtures as well as 2-4 hose bibbs. We then proceeded with patching, texture and inspections in order to make sure everything was up to code before completing the project.
The Results
Once the repipe was complete our customer immediately noticed an improvement in their water pressure and flow. They were thrilled with the results of our work and thanked us for going above and beyond their expectations.
